Led by Meg O’Rourke, a social worker with extensive experience in non-profit project and grant management, program development, strategic planning, training, and communication, our team helps non-profit organizations make the most out of funding during these challenging times.
Having worked in non-profits for 25 years, Meg understands the challenges non-profit agencies navigate: budget cuts, limited resources, and stressful work environment, which can lead to staff turnover. As non-profits adjust to post-pandemic realities, they face a new world. Many organizations are discovering they need major changes in strategies around funding robust orientation programming for new staff, volunteers, and board members as they learn about the organization and its structure, culture, vision, mission, and values.
Meg has also spent years volunteering for non-profits that make her heart happy, like animal welfare, and rescue, and equine-assisted riding to contribute to the cognitive, physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals with special needs. These types of non-profits rely on volunteers in their mission-driven work.
